1 Acceptance of Order The order is accepted by the supplier by the delivery of the goods or
upon receipt of supplier's written order confirmation.
We deliver goods according to the general conditions.
The general conditions of contract are subject to change without notice.
2 Prices All prices for sealing equipment are noncommittal. The company reserves
the right to adjust the prices without prior notice. Prices quoted are
binding for the goods at the quantity offered only, and for immediate
ordering only. All prices are ex-work Hwasung, Korea. All listed prices are
exclusive of VAT, freight, postage and packing.
3 Currency clause All prices are based on Korea won currency. Price lists in other currencies are calculated on the base of an SHINHANG INC., defined exchange rate.
4 Special Products For special products manufactured according to customer's drawings or samples or machines or devices the customer will be held liable in all respects. Specially produced goods cannot be taken back.
5 Contracts Fixed contracts shall be agreed only for a limited period. If the ordered goods have not been called within the agreed period, SHINHANG has the right to ship and charge the remaining goods, after the delivery period has elapsed.
6 Packaging Not included. Packaging will be charged at our prime costs.
7 Transportation The packing and delivery costs will be mentioned separately on your invoice.
8 Delivery Time The delivery time agreed upon will be met if ever possible, however the shipment date declared not binding. Any delay of the supplies or services does not entitle the customer to any rights and claims.
9 Cancellation Fixed orders or back-logs cannot be cancelled.
10 Payment xx days net, without cash discount.
11 Delivery Ex Works Hwasung, Korea.
12 Complaints Complaints concerning weight, quantity or quality of the delivered goods have to be reported to SHINHANG within 8 days after receipt of the delivery. Our service in case of justifiable claims is strictly limited to replacement or complement of rejected goods only.
13 Guarantee The material guarantee is generally valid for 12 months from material delivered.
14 Technical Data All technical data, specified weight and pictures are for information only and without responsibility. All design is subject to change without notice.
15 Arbitration and Law 1) Any dispute which may arise between both parties with regard to this
     contract or its implementation, will be amicably settled by mutual
     negotiations.
2) In case that no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be finally
     settled under the Rules of "Korea Law" and “City of Court Seoul” by
     one or more arbitrators to be appointed in accordance with the said
     rules. Arbitration proceedings shall be in English language.
