Completion of YDM Sealing System Installation and Test Run
 

After concluding the turnkey-basis installation contract of the body-line Sealing System for KIA MOTORS MEXICO (new) on December 2014, we, Shinhang Inc. have successfully completed the Offline Test in Korea and the installation of the system at the site of Mexico, and we are looking forward to completion of the facility test run in November. This facility, after pilot production for the next 4 months, will enter the full-fledged mass production system (April 2016).

  The Production Managers in charge are Deputy General Manager Jeong-u Lee (Machine) / Deputy
General Manager Tae-don Kim(Control) of the Construction Performance Team, Technology Department, and the details of the facility are as follows:

●  Structural Adhesive Sealing System : 14 set

●  Mastic Sealing System : 13 set

●   BPR : 7 set

●   Hemming : 6 set

●   Vision System : 31 set

Especially in this construction our upgraded new-model products have been supplied on a large scale, which we expect will contribute to productivity and quality improvement of our customer. Also we appreciate sincerely for the hard work of our executives and staff members dispatched for performing this construction, and wish that they will accomplish the mission and come back healthily.
