Completion of Installation Work for PF+QLc Sealing System Project and Test Run

Since conclusion of the turn-key equipment contract of sealing system for DYKMC China’s body line, Shinhang Inc. has successfully completed 3D DWG’G & OLP, offline test in Korea and installation work at the site, now is in the process of pilot production after completing the test run of the equipment and has mass production ahead early next year. In addition, the Operation Manual (Chinese version) for customer’s production management has been progressed more than 90% and will be delivered to the customer shortly.

The PMs in charge are Manager Seung-i Shin (machine) and Deputy General Manager Chang-yong Kwon (control) of Construction Team, Technology Department, and the status of equipment is as follows. 

●Structural Adhesive Sealing System: 9 sets
●    Auto Mastic Sealing System: 10 sets
●BPR Sealing System: 7 sets
●    Auto Hemming Sealing System: 6 sets
●Anti Spatter Spray system: 2 sets
●Vision System: 6 sets
●Camera-Detecting System: 9 sets

Especially, we expect that our upgraded new model of product and developed vision system supplied in this project will contribute to our customer’s productivity and quality improvement greatly.
